Meet Our Team

Jeffrey A. J. Millar

Jeff has litigated class action cases since 2000, exclusively representing consumer plaintiffs. He has argued class certification motions, pre-trial motions, preliminary approval hearings, final approval hearings and handled all aspects of discovery litigation along with other substantive motions. In addition to class action litigation, Jeff has also handled plaintiff's personal injury litigation in various federal courts and in various counties in both Illinois and Missouri.

Jeff attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in combination with the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in Windsor, Canada, where he simultaneously earned both his J.D. and the Canadian equivalent, an LL.B. (Baccalaureate of Laws). Jeff was active in student government, serving as Vice-President and later President of his Students' Law Society. He remains active in Illinois' local bar associations, where he served on the executive of the Alton-Wood River Bar Association from 2004-2007 (Treasurer, Vice President, President).

Jeff lives with his son in St. Charles, MO where they enjoy cycling, fishing and Cardinals baseball.
