Ted B. Kuhn
Ted B. Kuhn has for more than 30 years focused his practice on all aspects of labor and employment matters including consultation and advice to joint labor and management boards of trustees on pension, health and welfare and apprenticeship and training issues, negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, wage and hour compliance, proceedings before the NLRB, U.S. Department of Labor, and litigation and arbitration of complex labor and employment cases.
