Ryan Douglas White
Ryan Douglas White has been with Brent Coon & Associates for three years, first as a law clerk in the New Orleans, LA office and now as an associate in the Beaumont, TX office. Ryan was born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas. Ryan spent many nights and weekends with his dad and grandpa at the OCAW Hall in Port Arthur, TX. Upon graduation from Lamar University he worked for Lamar University in a number of roles. He also worked for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Beaumont as the Director of Parish and Community Concerns. Ryan completed his first year of law school in Miami and transferred to the Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, LA. While in Miami, Ryan served as a law student member on the State of Florida Managed Care Ombudsman Committee. At Tulane, Ryan participated in the Trial Advocacy Program and was ranked number one. He received the James A. Wysocki award for excellence in Trial Advocacy as well as the Cicero Sessions Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and also served as a teaching assistant to the trial advocacy program his final year at Tulane. Since joining Brent Coon and Associates as an associate, Ryan's practice has centered on general personal injury work and business/contract litigation. In the aftermath of Hurricane Rita, Ryan also worked a great deal with insurance litigation. An avid golfer and saltwater fisherman, Ryan resides in Beaumont, TX with his wife, Stacey.
